Philosophy Behind “The Spiritual Bandit”
I envisioned this character, this Robin Hood type do-gooder that is fun and creative. A mischievous type creature with an adventurous spirit in the fight against good and evil. A bandit in the positive sense, not the negative. Not a thief or robber. But, exactly the opposite - Winning in the fight against our struggles, our pains, and pitfalls. A kindred spirit in “taking down the bad guys” – defeating the false self and allowing our true self to shine. I wanted to create a character that would be appealing to all age groups and could assist in teaching valuable life lessons.
As a coach, we are taught to dream big! One day I would love to see my Bandit friend used as a teaching tool in the form of animation and storyboards. Well, time will tell if this dream will become a reality. In the meantime, my friend and creation, the Spiritual Bandit, will live on my site being used as a coaching tool and collaborative friend from my own imagination for I believe spiritual warfare is alive and very strong in the world today.
